Westend-Airport-Parking Terms and Conditions for airport parking.
This document contains contractual agreement. Your Statutory Rights are considered

Bookings services

1.1, Bookings through the westend-airport-parking.com website are deemed to be made and validated by issuing of booking reference number, All terms and conditions are deemed to have been accepted at the point confirmation is made final confirmation of the booking has been sent via e-mail.

1.2, Telephone bookings are deemed to be made when confirmed by westend-airport-parking.com sales operator and issue of booking reference number

1.3, Westend-airport-parking.com will take every effort it possibly can to ensure that collections and deliveries of its customer vehicle are made at the pre scheduled date and time. We do not accept any responsibility for delays of its service, caused as a result of circumstances beyond our control, e.g. traffic congestion, delayed flights, security alerts.

1.4, All parking services are subject to availability & nature of situation

1.5, westend-airport-parking.com reserve the right to cancel, not to accept or fulfil a booking

1.6, Surcharge of £5 is payable when booking confirmation is requested by post

1.7, Please note that meet and greet service only available hours between 4.00am -11.00pm, Customer mobile contact number and email address must be provided when making the booking also advice customer to read the confirmation email and have a printed copy before travelling

1.8, Westend-airport-parking.com is not liable for any costs incurred due to not providing us with a valid email address and contact number or failing to read the confirmation email before travelling

Payments


2.1, Westend-airport-parking prices are quoted in pounds Sterling including VAT

2.2, Full payment for booked service is due prior to the commencement of the service.

2.3, Westend-airport-parking accept Payment for booking made by telephone or using our
website, we accept debit/credit cards E.g. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club or Switch

2.4, When a customer wishing to extend the length of stay, once the service has commenced will be liable to pay the cheapest of, late arrival fee of £10 per day or fresh booking for the period, prior to collection of vehicle

Booking cancelation and amendments

3.1, Westend-airport-parking.com allow you to cancel any booking 24 hours prior to the booking date for which the service has been arranged an administration charge of £10 apply and customer cancelling less than 24hours prior to the service or does not show up on the day that the service is booked are liable for the full price

3.2, When a customer returns earlier than the schedule date of return is not eligible for any refunds once service has been provided

3.3, when a customer returns the day after the schedule date of return will incur late arrival fee of £10 per day

3.4, When a customer returns later than 11pm on the day of scheduled return will face a late night service charge of £25

3.5, Charges related to amendment, late arrival and late night services only accepted by CASH

Westend-airport-parking.com Liabilities

4.1, Cars are parked at their owner's risk

4.2, Westend-airport-parking's liabilities are limited to our insurance covers

4.3, The Westend-airport-parking.com accepts no responsibility or liability for any theft, losses or damages to any personal property or any items left within the vehicle whilst it is parked

4.4, The westend-airport-parking.com does not accept any responsibility or liability for any damage to the windscreen or any other glass in the customer's vehicle

4.5, It is customers responsibility to notify any damages/scratches which they aware of, to the driver at the time of drop off, also your vehicle will undergo inspection in the compound to identify any damages/scratches customer may or may not aware

4.6, It is customer responsibility to inspect their vehicle when receiving and report any damage to the staff immediately prior to departure from the terminal car park or drop off also written confirmation is needed to confirm the damage

4.7, Westend-airport-parking.com accepts no liability for loss or damage unless and to the extent it is proved to be caused by the negligence of its staff

4.8, Westend-airport-parking accept no liability for mechanical, structural and electrical failure of any part of your vehicle including windscreens, glass, tyres and wheels howsoever caused.

4.9, Customer vehicle must be taxed, insured and comply with the legal requirements such as Road Traffic Act 1988, for the whole duration while the vehicle is in our possession. Any liabilities occurred by Our Company as a result of the client's vehicle not complying with the Road Traffic Act, the Customer will be held responsible for all costs/liabilities incurred by the Company.

4.10, Westend-airport-parking accept no liability for other keys left on the Key ring E.g. house key, other car key, In the event of vehicles not starting, we reserve the right to charge for the time we spend. Only the Car Key should be given when dropping off.

4.11, In the event when customer vehicle acquires a puncture we reserve the right to charge the amount we incur when fixing it, e.g. inflate the tyre or changing of the tyre.

4.12, In the event when the customer vehicle does not start due to a flat battery, we reserve the right to charge the amount we incur when attempting to start the vehicle. Westend-airport-parking is not held responsible for any consequences that may occur as a direct result of us having to jump-start your vehicle.

4.13, In the event when we have to pick you up from the Airport Terminal Building, due to a mechanical failure of your vehicle, we reserve the right to charge for this and any associated costs and we advice the customers to have a spare key with them of their vehicle

Limitation for Westend-airport-parking liabilities

5.1, Losses and damages covered by customers own insurance.

5.2, Any indirect losses as a result of damages and losses to the customer vehicle e.g. losses of earning.

5.3, Westend insurance cover is limited to £25,000 for losses or damages to customer vehicle.

5.4, charges however incurred e.g. vehicle Hire or hotel charges.

5.5, Westend-airport-parking is not held liable for any delayed or missed flights as a direct or indirect result of our service.

5.6, Westend-airport-parking is not responsible for any minor scratches or dents whether marked on this document or not which may not be possible to identify in confined times and weather conditions.

5.7, Westend-airport-parking is not responsible for any chips or broken glass to the vehicle whether mention on the document or not.

5.8, Westend-airport-parking is not responsible for any damage to any alloys or tyres regardless of any damage is mentioned or not on this document.

5.9, Westend-airport-parking is not held responsible for any damage caused by Act of God or Nature.
