Comment : Hi I would like to comment on the excellent service when we recently used your "Meet and Greet" service at Heathrow. Our booking involved drop off at Terminal 5 and pick up at Terminal 3. The chauffeurs on drop-off and pick-up were extremely helpful and punctual. We were very surprised to have such an efficient service at such a good price. We will definitely be using your service again.

Comment : Can't fault the professional and courteous service my family and I have received. Despite arriving early at Heathrow we were met promptly and after an exhausting flight back from New York the car was there to collect. Very convenient service and cheaper than the alternatives what's not to like? Will definitely use again and recommend to all my friends.

Comment : I am speaking on behalf of a dear friend of mine who is in her mid seventies who is not familiar with modern technology ,I.E. mobile phones or the internet. which nowadays is normally needed to book a place to park,By her request i had organised a trip to Iceland for her (as at her age she still likes to travel) she still drives and she needed the meet and greet service provided by this company at Heathrow airport but as she doesn\'t have mobile phone /internet she was stressing over making the booking, I contacted the company above and they couldn\'t have been more helpful in making sure that my dear friend was taken care of which was a great relief. Nafees and Mohammad treated my friend as if she were a part of their own family and were extremely helpful and put my mind very much at rest. An exceptionally great service that is rare these days, thank you for all your help

Comment : Excellent service and great price. I had them clean the exterior and interior and a job well done. Very convenient they meet right at the drop off zone and then when you arrive at the same place. Highly recommend west end! Looking forward to using them again in June.

Comment : I would like to thank Westend for such good and friendly service. I went out from terminal three and came back to terminal five on both occassions the car was collected and delivered very quickly and the valet service was excellent. Will use again would highly recommend.

Comment : Hi - Just wanted to thank you for your assistance in getting my wife and I back early from our Maldives / Dubai trip. Reg EF18 KZN refers was due for pick up 5th Nov 21.00 but because of my daughter being admitted urgently to hospital we had to return on tjhe 2nd of Nov around 19.00. My other daughter rang you several times with amended information and to have the car waiting for us was a great relief. In our hurry I did no take the chap's name who handed over our car but his concern and care was most welcome so please thank him and others involved for their helpfulness it was much appreciated. We will definately be using your company again and indeed will recommend you to all our friends, Thanks again.

Comment : I used Westend Airport Parking's meet and greet service at Heathrow Airport (Oct 11), and received a great service that went like clock work. The staff were very helpful, friendly and on time both for the pickup and drop off. I will be using this company whenever I fly from Heathrow in the future and have already recommended them to my friends and colleagues. Excellent value and top quality service.

Comment : Just back from 10 days in Kenya and used Westend for parking. Excellent service with friendly and helpful staff who were easily contactable. Met us at the terminal on the way out and delivered car within 10 mins of calling on return. Simple, much better than getting luggage on and off buses to the parking area and good value for money - we will use them everytime in the future. thank you.

Comment : Westend have a very courteous staff and were on time. When I came back after 10 days, my car was started, warm and waiting for me at the terminal, although it was in the middle of winter.
