What is Meet and Greet Airport Parking?
It is a most convenient airport parking service provided by westend airport parking whether you flying on a Business or holiday our chauffeur will meet you at the terminal building at the designated area to your car. He/she will then drive to one of our secure parking compound nearby. When you return from your trip our chauffeur returns your car to you at the terminal.

How does Westend Airport Parking Meet and Greet service work?
We will call you 20 to 30 minutes before your pre booked meeting time at the terminal to confirm your arrival time and arrange your chauffeur accordingly, then he/she meet and greet you at the terminal, confirm your details drives to our compound and park securely. When you return, you call us after you've picked up all of your luggages. We then dispatch your car to you.
When should I Book my meet and greet Airport Parking?
As soon as you know your travel dates in order to avoid paying more fair at last minutes also to reserve you space in advance.

How secure is your car park?
Our compound is fully secured with 7feet steel fencing, 24 Hour manned security petrol and located within the restricted public access area.
How far is your compound from the terminal?
From Heathrow Airport Terminals 1 2 & 3 is only 4 miles, Terminals 4 & 5 is only 5.5 miles
Am I allowed to cancel My Booking?
We need At least 24 hours notice prior to the service Booked in order to cancel, Administration charge of £10 Apply.
Am I allowed to change date of my Booking?
Yes, At least 24hours prior to the service Booked, Administration charge of £10 apply.
Is your service available 24 Hours?
No, Daily Operational Hours 04.00am to 11.00pm, (If the service required from 11.01pm to 03.59am late night service charge of £25.00 Apply)
How can I pay for my Booking?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Delta & Maestro (Switch), Diners Club, Electron and Solo Also we accept cash on the day of drop off.
Do I have to sign anything or does the driver give me a receipt for parking?
Yes the driver gives you little Acknowledgment with your details, Booking reference & return procedures for all terminals
Are your chauffeurs Qualified/Insured?
Yes, our chauffeurs are held full UK Driving Licence & insured to drive any Vehicle within given radius of Heathrow Airport.
Does your chauffeurs/driver carry photo ID?
Yes, with company logo and Driver Name printed
