Meet and Greet service Customer Direction to Terminal 4
On your way to the terminal
• When you get to the Terminal 4 Roundabout take the exit towards terminal 4 cross over to the left lane
• Go up on the ramp which will lead you to Terminal drop off zone
• Park your car in the furthest lane away from the terminal building.
• At that point one of our chauffeurs wearing photo ID with company name and logo will meet and greet you with your booking reference.
When you return
On your return contact us when you are in the baggage hall, in-order to dispatch your car. In extreme weather Westend airport parking urges customers to stay indoors. The chauffeur will contact you upon his arrival with your car and assist you with your luggage.
Collection point at Terminal 4
• After picking your luggage come out of the arrival, get the lift back up to Departures
• Come out of the terminal and make your way to the Drop off lanes, the exact place where you dropped your car.
