I am speaking on behalf of a dear friend of mine who is in her mid seventies who is not familiar with modern technology ,I.E. mobile phones or the internet. which nowadays is normally needed to book a place to park,By her request i had organised a trip to Iceland for her (as at her age she still likes to travel) she still drives and she needed the meet and greet service provided by this company at Heathrow airport but as she doesn\'t have mobile phone /internet she was stressing over making the booking, I contacted the company above and they couldn\'t have been more helpful in making sure that my dear friend was taken care of which was a great relief. Nafees and Mohammad treated my friend as if she were a part of their own family and were extremely helpful and put my mind very much at rest. An exceptionally great service that is rare these days, thank you for all your help

Westend have a very courteous staff and were on time. When I came back after 10 days, my car was started, warm and waiting for me at the terminal, although it was in the middle of winter.

Hi - Just wanted to thank you for your assistance in getting my wife and I back early from our Maldives / Dubai trip. Reg EF18 KZN refers was due for pick up 5th Nov 21.00 but because of my daughter being admitted urgently to hospital we had to return on tjhe 2nd of Nov around 19.00. My other daughter rang you several times with amended information and to have the car waiting for us was a great relief. In our hurry I did no take the chap's name who handed over our car but his concern and care was most welcome so please thank him and others involved for their helpfulness it was much appreciated. We will definately be using your company again and indeed will recommend you to all our friends, Thanks again.
